Owner of damaged firm seeks N500m from Dana

THE owner of a six-storey building and a publishing firm, which were damaged when an aircraft of Dana Airlines crashed in Lagos may institute a legal action against the airline.
Daniel Oluranti is set to sue the carrier as part of the “series of coordinated activities” intended “to embark on including but not limited to court action to enforce his right and that of
his family.”
According to him, litigation can be very expensive, hence, “my expectation that the management of Dana Airlines if they have human blood running in their veins at all will rise up to this compelling situation and meet me at the point of my need.”
Oluranti is claiming N500 million for his  building consisting of a six-bedroom duplex with penthouse, four-bedroom bungalow with two large sitting rooms, two standard warehouse and four fish ponds
