The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the February election, Maj. Gen Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), has said the campaign by his opponents regarding the status of his secondary school education, is borne out of mischief.</div>
<div class="entry-content">
Speaking in Kano on Wednesday on the controversy, which has suggested that Buhari might not have sat the West African School Certificate Examination as he claimed, having failed to tender the results, the APC flag bearer said he sat the Cambridge University/WASCE in 1961 and graduated in Second Division.</div>
<div class="entry-content">
Buhari, a former Head of State, said, “I attended Provincial Secondary School, Katsina, now Government College, Katsina, and sat the University<a name='more'></a> of Cambridge/WASCE in 1961, the year we graduated, alongside (now the late) Shehu Musa Yar’Adua (Chief of Staff, Supreme Headquarters under Gen Olusegun Obasanjo as Head of State) and Justice Umaru Abdullahi, a former President of Court of Appeal . My examination number is 8280002.”<br />

He added that he had requested his old school, Government College, Katsina, to make available his result.</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Nigerian Army has said it is not in custody of the original certificates of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Army, at a news conference by its Director of Public Relations, Brig. Gen. Olajide Laleye, in Abuja on Tuesday, added that it was also not in possession of the photocopies or statement of results of Buhari.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It however explained that the entry made for documentation by the APC candidate on its(Army) Form 199A, indicated that he wrote and passed the West African School Certificate in 1961.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Director of Media and Publicity of the APC Presidential Campaign Organisation, Garba Shehu, said in a terse statement on Tuesday night that Buhari would address a new conference on the issue on Wednesday(today).</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Buhari had in an affidavit he deposed to at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on November 24, 2014 and submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission on December 18, 2014, said that his certificates were with the military.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“I am the above-named person and deponent to this affidavit therein. All my academic qualifications, documents as filled in my presidential form, President APC/001/2015, are currently with the Secretary, Military Board as of the time of presenting this affidavit. The affidavit is made in good faith and for record purposes,” he had written.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When the controversy over Buhari’s qualification gathered momentum, Laleye told <em>The PUNCH</em> during an exclusive interview which was published on January 4, 2015, that the military authorities were ready to release credentials and certificates in its custody to serving and retired officers in need of them.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
He said that the procedure for the retrieval or collection of the certificates was known to all serving or retired officers of the military.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On Tuesday, Laleye said that military records showed that Buhari applied to join the Army on October 18, 1961. .</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Army spokesman explained that it was the tradition of the Army to ensure that a selection board was set up to verify the original credentials of candidates shortlisted for commissioning.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Laleye said that records did not show that the process was followed .</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
However, he said that the entry made for documentation by Buhari on Form 199A indicated that he had credit in English Language, Geography, History, Health Science, Hausa and a Pass in English Literature.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
He said, “The media hype on Maj. Gen. Buhari’s credentials as well as the numerous requests made by individuals and corporate bodies to the Army on this issue have necessitated that we provide the facts as contained in the retired senior officer’s service record.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“Records available indicate that Maj. Gen. Buhari applied to join the military as a form six student of the Provincial Secondary School, Katsina on 18 October 1961.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“His application was duly endorsed by the principal of the school, who also wrote a report on him and recommended him suitable for military commission.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“It is a practice in the Army that before candidates are shortlisted for commissioning into the officers’ cadre of the service; the selection board verifies the original copies of credentials that are presented. However, there is no available record to show that this process was followed in the 1960s.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“Nevertheless, the entry made on Form 199A at the point of documentation after commission as an officer indicated that the former Head of State obtained the WASC in 1961 with credits in relevant subjects.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“Neither the original certified true copy nor the statement of result of Maj. Gen. Buhari’s WASC result is in his personal file.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“I hope this explanation will put to rest, the raging controversy surrounding the secondary school credentials of Maj. Gen. Buhari as it affects the Nigerian Army.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Although the Army authorities did not allow journalists to have copies of the documents filed by the former Head of State for his commissioning as an officer, they created an opportunity for the documents to be sighted</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Principal of the school, in recommending Buhari for commissioning as an officer, said “I recommend him for military commissioning; I consider that Mohammadu Buhari will pass the West Africa School Certificate in English, Maths and three other subjects.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Laleye said that the Army holds Buhari, who rose to the enviable rank of Maj. Gen, and was Head of State of the country, in high esteem and would not be party to the controversy over “his eligibility for any political office.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
However, the APC in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, urged the Peoples Democratic Party not to compromise the army in the name of giving President Goodluck Jonathan an unfair advantage ahead of the February 14 presidential poll.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The APC said compromising the army could backfire. It said the military, as a symbol of national unity, must beware of those seeking to use it to achieve selfish and divisive ends.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The party said it found it funny that the army spokesman had told <em>The PUNCH</em> in a publication on January 4, 2015 that it had the certificates of all serving and retired officers only to deny having Buhari’s credentials two weeks later.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It said, ‘‘In an interview with <em>The Punch</em> on January 4, 2015, Brig.-Gen. Olaleye said, ‘Every serving and retired Army officer has at least a copy of his certificates and credentials kept in the Nigerian Army while that same serving and retired officer has copies of those same certificates and credentials’</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
‘‘Is Brig.-Gen. Olaleye now saying that he did not make that statement? If he did, what has happened between then and now to make him to recant? It will be interesting to know what has transpired between then and now.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The APC added, ‘’Is he (Olaleye) now saying that all those who were commissioned into the officer cadres in the 1960s did not have their certificates verified? Does this not confirm what we said that in trying to destroy Maj. Gen. Buhari, the PDP and the Jonathan administration will end up destroying the army as an institution? Or is it only Maj. Gen. Buhari that was commissioned into the army in the 1960s.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The APC argued that even if the army did not have Buhari’s certificates, he (Buhari) “is still very qualified to run for the country’s highest office, as stipulated by the 1999 Constitution.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The party said since Olaleye had now confirmed that the form Buhari filed contained his Secondary School Certificate results, there was no scintilla of doubt about his qualification to run for President as stipulated by the constitution.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It added, ‘‘We know that the PDP and the Jonathan administration have constituted themselves into a court of law and will like nothing more than the disqualification of our candidate so they that will face no challenge in next month’s election.’’</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Also, the Director, Media and Information Management Directorate of Buhari Support Organisation, Chidia Maduekwe, said the issue of Buhari’s certificate was inconsequential.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
He said, “INEC has said it and I am saying it again, if anybody has doubts about the general’s credentials, the person should go to court.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“What the constitution says is that a person seeking for the office of President should be educated up to the level of school certificate and there is evidence that the general was in school up till form six, his school principal attested to this, he joined the army and rose to the peak.”</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Mr Ganiyu Balogun, the Chief Executive Officer of Tarzan Jetty in
Lagos, on Tuesday said that the solution to chronic traffic gridlock in
Lagos Metropolis was the development of water transportation.</div>
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a>Balogun, who is also the President, National Association of Tourist
Boat Operators and Water Transporters (ATBOWATON), told the News Agency
of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos that adequate investment in water
transportation was also capable of boosting water tourism.
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
He said that investing in water tourism would not only help in
reducing the burden on the roads, it would also boost water tourism
thereby creating more job opportunities.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
According to him, the deplorable conditions of many roads in the
country have made it difficult for tourists to come and navigate the
numerous tourist attractions in the nation.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“Government needs to invest more in water transportation, so that boat operators can open up the waterways for boat services.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“This can also help promote tourism and commercial activities within the waterways, “ he said.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Balogun also urged the government to support the private sector to improve the tourism sub-sector.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“Opening the waterways will help improve water transportation in the
country, and this can serve as another avenue for economic development.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“So, government should assist private investors to import modern
ships, ferries and boats to make water transportation easier and safer
for the people”.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Balogun noted that most people were afraid of water transportation
because of the old types of canoes and ferries the operators used to
transport passengers.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
He expressed the confidence that more passengers would be attracted to
water transportation when modern ships, ferries and boats were used. </div>

Do not feel like a [[Overcome Failure|failure]]. And most important of all, try your best to never give in. These are ways to avoid temptation. http://www.wikihow.com/Avoid-Temptation-to-Sin<br />
<a name='more'></a><br /><br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
THE STEPS INCLUDE:</div>
<br />
<b class="whb">The more you believe in Christ, the more pressure Satan will put on you to sin, and it's no coincidence</b>.
We must recognize an attack when it arrives, and Satan has many
devices. He may use your past, pent-up anxieties of the future, <i>anything</i>
to kill your feelings of worthiness and make you falter in your
relationship with Christ. For the truth is, Satan wants you back. Back
to living just in a material world and not living in conjunction with
the Lord. And if he <i>were</i> to pry you back, you would not find
spiritual happiness. Ephesians 6:11, "Put on the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." Ephesians
4:27, "Neither give place to the devil."<br />
<br />
<b class="whb">Avoid situations that may lead you to making a sinful act</b>. This may mean the type of people you hang out with, or the scene. <a href="http://www.wikihow.com/Pray" title="Pray">Pray</a>
silently if you cannot pray out loud. Proverbs 13:20, "He that walketh
with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be
destroyed."<br />
<br />
<b class="whb">Turn your back on sin from the past</b>. Don't live as if
it happened, live as if it did not. Once you ask for forgiveness, God
then completely forgets about it. Yes, forgets as if you never sinned in
the first place! So act like Him, He's forgotten and that's all that
matters, so why don't you? Otherwise, it has a hold on you (and ignore
Satan's voice saying, "No he hasn't... Are you sure..."). Yes, God has
forgotten your previous sins. The Word never lies. Hebrews 10:17, "And
their sins and iniquities will I remember no more."<br /> <br />
<b class="whb">Remember that we need to trust God even when being tempted</b>.
Resist the devil, and he shall flee from you (James 4:7). He will be
fleeing. He's afraid of us because he's afraid of Jesus and the love of
God.<br />
<br />
<b class="whb">Remember what Jesus has done, that His blood is our righteousness, which means it cleanses us from all sins (1 John 1</b>:7).
"But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship
one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us
from all sin," including our minds.<br /> <br />
<br /><b class="whb">Take a hold of the situation</b>. Aloud, demand what
you'd like to be freed from. Did you know that when Jesus died he gave
us Authority over the devil (Mark 16:17)? So never cower or fear Satan.
Yes, ask for assistance. But what God really wants you to do is address
him yourself and aloud (James 4:7, "Resist the devil and he will flee
from you". Speak words of faith. Helpful ways to do this are listed in
the Tips section.<br />
<br />
<b class="whb">Get into the word</b>! The <a href="http://www.wikihow.com/Study-the-Bible" title="Study the Bible">Bible</a>
truly does have some good things to say. Try a different Bible from
your usual one if you think you'll need it. And the clearer and neater
the text, the more enjoyable it is to read. Try Christian novels like
"The Believers Authority" as well. Not trying to move in <a href="http://www.wikihow.com/Use-Faith" title="Use Faith">faith</a> makes you vulnerable to temptation. John 15:3, "Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you."<br /> <br />

High on the agenda is to secure a long-term successor to Ashley Col<br />
<a name='more'></a>e, the newspaper claims.<br />
The 100 cap international is now 32-years-old and Mourinho is
rumoured to be interested in taking Fabio Coentrao with him from Real
Madrid, which would see a fee of around £20million for the wing back.<br />
<b>Striker shortage</b><br />
Another problem which will need to be addressed is Chelsea’s striker
shortage, with Fernando Torres and Demba Ba the only centre forwards
currently in the squad.<br />
One option for Mourinho would be to call Romelu Lukaku back to the squad after a hugely successful loan spell at <a href="http://www.touchlinetalk.com/west-bromwich-albion/" target="_blank">West Bromwich Albion</a> last season, scoring 17 league goals.<br />
The 50-year-old Portuguese is expected to bring his goalkeeper coach
Silvino Louro, which could see current goalkeeper coach Christophe
Lollichon heading for the Stamford Bridge exit.<br />
<b>Challenges</b><br />
With Mourinho’s return to Chelsea imminent many fans will be excited at the prospect of mounting genuine title challenges again.<br />
Chelsea have not won the <a href="http://www.touchlinetalk.com/english-premier-league/" target="_blank">Premier League</a> since the 2009/10 season when Carlo Ancelotti was at the helm – they pipped <a href="http://www.touchlinetalk.com/manchester-united/" target="_blank">Manchester United</a> to the title by one point.<br />

<strong>33 persons were feared dead on Friday
when a coaster bus loaded with passengers ran-off a dual carriage bridge
and plunged into a river at J4, Ogbere -Ijebu stretch of the Sagamu –
Ore expressway.</strong><br />
The long medium range luxury bus still
remained drowned at the point of entry to the river<br />
<a name='more'></a> but the three
survivors that included a pregnant woman who hung between a tree
branches have been rescued.<br />
The Unit Commander, Ijebu – Ode Sector
Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps(FRSC), Seidu Isah Osilama said
the FRSC operative arrived at the scene of the accident few minutes
after it occurred.<br />
He added they were able to rescue the three survivors, saying they fell off the bus and landed on tree.<br />
He,
therefore, said rescue effort would require the crane and divers to
ascertain the location of the bus and the passengers inside the water.<br />According to him, no one knows the exact numbers of passengers in the bus or the casualty figure as they are still in the water.<br />
The
FRSC confirmed that the driver of the vehicle slept off the wheel,
disclosing that the vehicle plunged into J4 River thereby making rescue
difficult for the FRSC.<br />
Mr Osilama said the option left was to
make use of local divers, saying the local divers were mobilized to
search the river for rescue of survivals while a crane was on ground
from Omo Wood industries to pull out the vehicle from the river.<br />
He
added all effort to locate the vehicle in the river proved abortive
while the divers became tired to continue, saying that the crane was
called to report back to office by 6pm. </div>

But, David Luiz’s thunderous free kick, Mata’s second and a Ramires tap-in wrapped up Chelsea’s first win of their cup defence.<br />
Roberto Di Matteo made just three changes to his side which beat
Arsenal on Saturday, indicating how seriously the Italian was taking the
threat of the Danish champions, as John Terry, John Obi Mikel and Eden
Hazard were replaced by Gary Cahill, Frank Lampard and Victor Moses.<br />
Nordsjaelland named an unchanged side to the one that lost 2-0 to Shakhtar Donetsk in matchday one.<br />
Chelsea nearly got off to the perfect start when Oscar stood the ball
up beautifully inside the area for Moses to simply convert into an
empty net from two yards, only for highly-rated Nordsjaelland defender
Jores Okore to do enough to head the ball against the post.<br />
It was one-way traffic, with the holders dominating proceedings, with
an opening goal seemingly inevitable as Oscar and then Lampard both
went close within the first 10 minutes, without being able to test
Jesper Hansen.<br />

And it is with a mix of regret, appeal
and hope that leaders contemplate the progress of the country.<br />
Yesterday,
some of the leaders lamented wasted opportunities that have retarded
the country’s development, but others appealed for more sacrifice and
patience, expressing the hope that with these qualities the nation would
attain development.<br />
And yesterday, as part of his efforts for the
development of the country, Jonathan kicked off a one-year prayer
programme in Abuja. He said this initiative was necessary because the
United States became great because of prayer.<br />
Among those who
spoke yesterday on the nation’s 52nd independence anniversary were
former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Senate President David Mark, House<br />
<a name='more'></a>
of Representatives’ Speaker Aminu Tambuwal, former Lagos State Governor
Bola Tinubu and the Chairman of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP)
Dr Ogbonnaya Onu.<br />
At the prayer session yesterday, Jonathan
emphasised the imperative of the one-year prayer project, reminding
Nigerians that as prayer helped America determine the direction of their
country, it could do the same for Nigeria.<br />
Saying that he could
not solve the problems of Nigerians alone, President Jonathan
characterized the existing challenges facing the nation as temporary
and that Nigeria would eventually overcome.<br />
At the 52nd
Independence Anniversary Interdenominational Church Service organised by
the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) with the theme “The
Weapons of Our Warfare are not Carnal”, Jonathan said that with support
from all Nigerians like the rebuilding of old Jerusalem with ease under
the leadership of Prophet Nehemiah, Nigeria would be rebuilt .<br />
Nigeria,
according to him, is blessed with many Nehemiahs in the three arms
of government – Federal Executive, National Assembly, Judiciary and in
the other public and private sectors. These Nehemiahs, Jonathan said,
could be used by God to rebuild the country.<br />
He expressed
appreciation to Christians and other religious leaders who pray for the
country and success of the government but stated that “leadership at
all levels is collective. One person cannot change a nation. Agreed the
leader matters but he cannot change things alone. All of us Nigerians
must work together to rebuild our nation. Our men and women will change
things in this country. There are so many Nehemiahs in the National
Assembly, the Federal Executive Council, our judiciary, our teachers,
businessmen and women and I believe God will use these Nehemiahs to
rebuild the country. I can say again that Nigeria will succeed. With
your cooperation we shall succeed.”<br />
The President said that his
administration had sanitised the electoral process, assuring that very
soon, the endemic corruption in Nigeria would be a thing.<br />
For
example, Jonathan pointed to the report of Transparency International,
an organisation he said had never spared Nigeria but admitted in its
latest rating that Nigeria was second only to America in its commitment
to fight corruption.<br />
He took solace from the ranking, “which was different from the usual rating. God willing we shall overcome it.”<br />
In
the area of economic development, Jonathan announced that about 249 new
companies had entered the Nigerian market, adding that his government
would “continue to work hard to create jobs for our people.”<br />
He
also spoke on the stabilisation of electricity supply to Nigerians,
stating: “I want to assure Nigerians we will not sleep until we stablise
power in this country.”<br />
In his sermon titled “God still answer
prayers” President of CAN, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor called on Nigerians in
position of leadership to turn from their wicked ways so that the
country could enjoy the abundance of God’s blessing placed upon the
country.<br />
Ortisejafor also posited that Boko Haram was a terrorist
organisation being funded by selfish interest and those who bent on
seeing Nigeria divided.<br />
In his remarks, the convener of Nigeria
Prays and former Head of State, Dr. Yakubu Gowon said a time like now
called for sober reflection, greater volume of prayer and supplication.<br />
Gowon
said the special independence prayer, was the gathering of builders and
watchmen of the nation, to seek the face of God over the difficulties
facing the country and to set the tone for transformation.<br />
He said: “Together we can rescue our nation from its present difficulties.”<br />
Some
of the dignitaries present were former President Olusegun Obasanjo,
former Vice President Alex Ekwueme, Senate President David Mark, Deputy
Senate President, Deputy Speaker, ministers, Secretary to Government of
the Federation, Chief of Staff, Chief of Defence Staff and service
chiefs, top government functionaries and members of the diplomatic
corps.<br />
In a statement by his media office in Abuja, Atiku advised
Nigerians not to be too obsessed with the past and work towards moving
the nation forward. He noted with concern that a sense of nostalgia was
leading Nigerians to give up about the present and the future.<br />
In
the statement titled, “Nigeria at 52: Avoid obsession with the past,”
Atiku noted that looking back with obsession might lead them to lose
hope in today and the future.<br />
He also reviewed Nigeria’s
democratic journey in the past 13 years and said that it was
understandable for people to be impatient for change because of their
harsh experiences.<br />
But according to him, the democratic process
takes some time to get rooted and in the process mistakes are bound to
occur, noting that<br />
the beauty of democracy lies in the power to replace leaders who have failed to deliver the goods.<br />
To
the former vice president, however, good governance and sincerity are
essential factors in sustaining people’s faith in the system. To him
too, democracy is a covenant between the leaders and the people and
once the elected officials deviate, democracy itself will be affected.<br />
He
identified large-scale corruption as the biggest obstacle to making the
lives of the people better and advised leaders to demonstrate the
courage and political will to terminate this national cancer. He equally
stressed the need for elected leaders at all levels to see power as
public trust rather than as a means of self-enrichment and suppressing
perceived opponents.<br />
The former vice president said the luxurious
lifestyles of leaders at the expense of the people could lead to
disenchantment with the system.<br />
Nevertheless, Atiku believes that
despite all the flaws of democracy, it remains the best system,
arguing that the attitude of the leaders would determine how they would
be able to carry the citizens along.<br />
According to Mark, in the
heat of the economic and socio-political challenges, only the resolve
and willingness of Nigerians to confront the issues headlong would get
the country out of the woods.<br />
Mark appealed to politicians not minding the parties they belong, to learn to embrace peace and unity.<br />
“Nobody
is coming from the moon or the space to solve our problems for us. The
challenge is that we must put behind us such mundane issues as ethnic or
religious differences and come together as one people to tackle our
problems”, he stated.<br />
Mark maintained that Nigerians had the capacity to solve their problems.<br />
He
catalogued the myriads of challenges of nation building since
independence and submitted: “ If we look inwards and do the right things
in conformity with our laws and customs, we can adequately find
solutions to our problems.”<br />
Mark noted with pain the unceasing
destruction of lives and property largely perpetrated by Boko Haram,
ethnic militias and kidnappers, saying: “These were hitherto alien to
us. It is a challenge we must resolve to end.”<br />
Tambuwal urged Nigerians to look to the future with optimism as the country celebrates it 52nd independence anniversary.<br />
In
a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Public Affairs, Malam
Imam Imam, Tambuwal said all Nigerians must work assiduously to promote
peace, unity and democracy.<br />
The Speaker equally urged the
people to isolate and expose those obstacles that hamper the attainment
of peace, development, and progress of the nation.<br />
According to
him, the last few years have been challenging to the people of the
country, but admonished all citizens to do away with those attitudes,
language, and dispositions that have prevented the country from
attaining its full potential.<br />
While congratulating Nigerians on
achieving this milestone, Tambuwal reiterated the commitment of the
House of Representatives to uphold the ideals of a united Nigeria, which
shall take its rightful place in the comity of nations.<br />
In a
statement, the ANPP chief, Ogbonnaya Onu, lamented the slow progress of
the nation , noting however that there was hope if leaders took their
assignments seriously.<br />
Onu said: “Our country Nigeria was born
with so much hope. It is this hope that inspired the great statesmen and
women who fought for our independence. Our future is great. However, as
a nation, we have been passing through so many difficulties. But we
have also made a number of achievements.<br />
“Nevertheless, the time
has come for all Nigerians to believe in our country and work together
as one people for the good of all. We must start practicing those values
that bring progress to a nation, such as justice, fairness, and the
rule of law. No Nigerian should be allowed to be above the law; this is
what is needed to build a strong, stable and a united country with
confident and happy citizens.<br />
